We do not charge you a fee or bill you for our costs unless we make a recovery for you at the conclusion of your case. You pay no fee unless the case is
successful. Instead of continuing to be a victim, you must take action by hiring experienced and skilled attorneys to protect your interest and well being.
Otherwise, the insurance companies will not have your best interest in mind since their primary concern is to minimize their own damages.
We have a Contingency Fee agreement in which the Client hereby agrees to pay to Attorney, (including any associate counsel), as a contingency fee, the
percentage of any Gross Amount Collected from a settlement made, or had, with any party defendant, or any settlement, judgment, payment, or recovery had
in any claim or legal action against said defendant(s) or respondent(s), payment, settlement or judgment, as follows:

Gross amount collected means the amount collected before any subtraction of expenses and disbursements. The amount Collected includes Specially
Awarded Attorneys' Fees and costs awarded to the Client.
Client is, in any event, to be liable to Attorney for his reasonable expenses and disbursements. Such expenses and disbursements are estimated to be
$2000.00 in order to get initial expert opinions following the filing of the law suit. It is estimated that it could cost up to $10,000.00 in order to complete the
trial. Authority is hereby given to Attorney to incur expenses and make disbursements up to a maximum of $500.00, which limitation will not be exceeded
without the Client's further written authority. Upon the Client making the decision to file suit, the client will provide this office with $500.00 to cover the initial
filing fee and service. This office will not file suit until the $500.00 is received. The Client will pay $50.00 for the miscellaneous postage and long distance
telephone charges, such amount will be billed as a cost. The Client will reimburse the Attorney for such expenditures as billed on a monthly basis. In the
event such expenditures are not reimbursed by Client within thirty (30) days of the date the expenditures became due, such expenditures will accrue interest
at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum.
Workers Comp is 20% of Settlement before hearing, and 20% of any lost wages we help attain.
Medical Malpractice is 40% before suit, and 50% after suit
